Residence Hall Network Instructions

Network Installation & Troubleshooting Current ITS Notices Instruction Sheets Please follow these instructions before calling the Helpdesk.

The MHC Helpdesk will verify the network connection is functioning to your room however the Helpdesk staff will not work on a student computer under any circumstances.

If the ITS workload permits the staff may provide limited telephone support.

 DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO THE ITS HELPDESK UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY A TECHNICIAN.
